Who we are
Sirika Exports & Imports (P) Ltd. ("Sirika", "we") runs sirikaexports.com. Our registered office is at D.No 39, Ranganatha Puram, Chittamur Mandal, Tirupati District, Andhra Pradesh 524403, India. For anything in this notice, write to info@sirikaexports.com.
What we collect
- The details you type into our contact form: your name, email, company, country, the topic and product you choose, and your message.
- Basic technical information our hosting provider records to keep the site secure, such as your IP address and browser type.
- The result of a spam check on the contact form. It is run by Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives technical information from your browser, such as your IP address, to tell people from automated programs.
We do not ask for payment details on this website and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To arrange samples and, if you order, to fulfil and document the shipment.
- To keep records that tax, customs and export rules require.
- To protect the site from abuse, for example by limiting repeated submissions.
We rely on the consent you give when you tick the box on our form, and on the legitimate uses the law allows for completing a request you made. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect anything we did before.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your details. We share them only with the service providers that run this website, our email and the spam check on our contact form (Cloudflare), and, if you place an order, with the logistics, inspection and banking partners needed to complete it. Some of these providers may process data outside India; we choose providers that protect it to a standard comparable to Indian law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months so we can follow up and answer later questions. If you become a customer, we keep order records for as long as Indian law requires. After that we delete or anonymise them.
Information stored in your browser
Our pages set no cookies of their own and keep nothing in your browser's storage. What you type into the contact form stays on the page until you press Send. The spam check on the contact form runs in a frame from Cloudflare, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to info@sirikaexports.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to the data protection authority in your own country.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
